    • Coordination of interview between candidates and Client
  • Background Check:
    • Criminal background and Credential reference verification
  • Assistance with Petition Preparation and Documentation:
    • Healthstaff can provide assistance with the visa petition preparation and documentation for candidates selected by Client, and the submission of the petition to BCIS.
  • Correspondence:
    • Healthstaff provides timely updates to candidates and Client during the proceedings of the petition.
  • Travel:
    • Coordination of travel dates as approved by Client.
    • Arrangement of one way transport to the place of employment.
  • Acclimatization:
    • Healthstaff assists newly arrived employee in acquiring a Social Security Number, Driver’s License, Bank Account and Living Accommodations.

Recruitment Process

  1. Contract Agreement between Healthstaff and facility

  2. Selection of Candidates

    1. Healthstaff provides facility with candidate ’s resume
    2. Facility selects candidates for interview
    3. Offer employment to the selected candidate

  3. Preparation and Submission of Petition

    1. Healthstaff processes required documents for the petition
    2. Submission of petition to BCIS

  4. Travel

    1. Healthstaff will coordinate travel dates for the candidate at the Client’s approval.

Petition Process

  1. Submission of the Initial Petition to the BCIS

  2. Approved petition will be transferred to the National Visa Center

  3. National Visa Center will forward approved documentations to the American Embassy

  4. Candidate will be interviewed at the American Embassy

  5. Travel arrangements to place of employment will be finalized
